Her skill and dedication to training were very evident, and her sense of timing and rhythm were perfect. I really could feel the energy moving in my body, with genuine emotional releases. Each position and practice had its purpose, and the progression was perfect! It's been a few days, and the effects of the session on me have been profound. I have had better relationships in general. I feel energy flows much more freely in my body, especially my heart and throat chakras, and intuition is clearer. I feel more accepted and confident in being authentic, and less stress.
